WADESIDE refers to the WADE PFP NFTs, which are dynamic NFTs and the first Profile Picture (PFP) project in WADE.

The total supply of WADESIDE NFTs is 13,333. The price for each NFT will be determined by a Tullock Auction.

Tullock Auction
The Tullock auction, named after economist Gordon Tullock, modifies the all-pay auction by setting a market-determined "Clearing Price." Bidders who bid at or above the clearing price win while bidders who bid below the clearing price lose. Winners only pay the clearing price and will get a refund for the exceeding amount whereas losers will get a full refund. This ensures fairness and efficiency while lowering bidding risks.

WADESIDE NFT holders are entitled to several exclusive perks. These include access to special IRL Events, PB Merch, and various community activities. A ranking system is in place that rewards active participants based on their involvement on Twitter, Discord, and in IRL activities.

Our auction operates on the basis of Ethereum for NFT sales. The number of NFTs allocated to participants is determined by their bid amount, and the price of NFTs is dynamically adjusted throughout the auction to minimize the amount unsold.

Participants are allocated NFTs based on the amount of Ethereum they bid. Specifically, the number of NFTs each participant receives is calculated by dividing their bid amount by the price of the NFT.

The price of an NFT is determined by dividing the total amount of Ethereum bid by the number of NFTs to be sold, then multiplying by a coefficient calculated to minimize the amount of unsold NFTs.

There is no set limit to the number of purchases. The maximum number of NFTs you can buy in an auction depends on the specific rules of the auction.

During the initial 5-day Private Sale, you can participate by securing a whitelist spot through various events conducted on platforms like Twitter and Discord. Following this period, the Public Sale will commence, allowing anyone to participate.

Any difference between the amount of Ethereum a participant bid and the actual amount due based on the final price of the NFTs is refunded via the "Claim&Refund" button.

Any NFTs not sold during the auction are transferred to the team's inventory.
